In the network
When you use a dentist that is part of the Encore DentalSM network, you pay only your co-payment and any applicable deductible (at the time of your visit). There’s no paperwork. You don’t have to submit a claim or wait to get money back.
Out of the network
If you use a dentist who is not in the plan network, you may have to pay the full amount at the time of service and submit a claim to us. After receiving the claim, we will send you a check for the amount covered by your plan. This option gives you extra flexibility.
